Contacted Christian & his brother Ross after discovering an earthing problem in my house.
Their service was fantastic. No sooner had I e-mailed them I had a call within a couple of hours, visit scheduled the next day and diagnosis began.
They were both promt, polite and really helpful (well done Mum & Dad Morgan !) and were spot on with the diagnosis. A quick call to Western Power & the guys stayed to ensure my family were safe & the WP guy did what he was supposed to.
They fitted an new circuit breaker fuse box and repaiered an inline showerlight/fan. They were quick, tidy, and honest -
I trusted them with the keys to my house whilst I was at work.
They explained what they had done & why .... it was good value for the hours spent & products installed - so says my retired electrician Dad!

I was really impressed with their service and knowledge & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - ladies on their own, elderly etc.
They are totally reliable & trustworthy & did a great job for a good price.

And no....I'm not related to them - I googled "reliable, honest electrician Newport" and their website came up first so I took the chance - I'll certainly use them again.

Myself and my partner bought a do-it-up project as our first house. We wanted to modernise everything, including the lighting. This meant a complete re-wire and nearly every switch and socket to be changed. Christian took on this job with his brother and spent much appreciated time going through everything with me. I wanted much more than the ordinary, including hanging lights over each bedside table with their own switch next to the bed, large disc lights over the dining table and much more. Christian and Ross were only too happy to do whatever it took to get everything the way I wanted it.

They were a pleasure to talk to every day, left the place spotless and I have never been more impressed. I would hire them again in an instant and recommend them to everyone.

Mr Morgan came out to the house and provided a reasonable quote ( in fact on arrival to carry out the work I was advised the parts were not as expensive as first thought and therefore the quote was reduced). Due to personal work commitments i could not have the work carried out for 3 weeks but Mr Morgan confirmed that he would do the work on the weekend if it was urgent.
